Tuition Fees Payment Method
1. For student payments settle in Macau, please refer to the following methods:

    1. Cash at any branch of Banco Nacional Ultramarino, S.A. (BNU)
    2. Cash at any branch of Bank of China, Macau Branch (BOC)
    3. Internet banking service of BNU (inclusive UM Affinity Card)/BOC/ICBC/TFB, please contact your bank for the procedure of online payment
    4. Cheque can be presented to any branch of Banco Nacional Ultramarino or Bank of China (Macau Branch), if cheque drawn on other banks should be presented to BNU or BOC two working days prior to the payment due date.

2. For payment outside Macau, please refer to the following methods:

    1. ICBC Cross-Border Bill Payment – for registered students only (click here for the user guide)
      Students can use this service via the Student Information System Web Services (ISW) and consent the Personal Data Collection Statement for Cross-border transfer of personal data in the tab of “Personal Information”.
      The ICBC Cross-Border Bill Payment service will be available for settling the next debit notes 3 working days after your consent.
    2. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

E-Debit Note
The E-debit note service is extended to :

  • all the students of the University
  • with exception to
    1. new students,
    2. resuming students and
    3. students of the Center of Continuing Education (CCE).

Update of settlement status in SI Web

  1. For tuition fee or other fees settled through local banks: the payment information is generally received by UM within 3 working days and updated into the SI Web accordingly. You may enquire the settlement status on the 4th working day after you made the payment.
  2. For tuition fee or other fees settled by ICBC cross-border bill payment: the payment information is generally received by UM within 3 working days and updated into the SI Web accordingly. You may enquire the settlement status on the 4th working day after you made the payment.
  3. For tuition fee or other fees settled by telegraphic transfer: the payment information is generally received by UM within 7 working days and updated into the SI Web accordingly. You may enquire the settlement status on the 8th working day after you made the payment.
